The first few times it may be hard to remove from applied surface. To safely remove, we suggest the following steps:

1. Release the locking lever.
2. Pull on the tab of the suction cup to allow some air in and then pull up slowly.
3. If you feel some resistance, gently slide dental floss, a credit card (at your own risk) or a putty knife under the suction up to help break the seal.

If there's still resistance, try 'Goo Gone' to loosen the adhesive. Once the seal is broken, peel the rest of the suction cup from the surface.

What we advise that when trying to remove the sticky pad, is to pull up the little tab that is attached to the sticky pad, and gently slide a credit card or a putty knife underneath it at the same time. This breaks the seal, and makes it much easier to remove.

Yes, the suction cups can be re- used. If it loses some stickiness when removed, to restore the stickiness, rinse the suction cup with warm water (no soap) while massaging the cup at the same time, and then let it air dry. That usually brings the suction cup back to good condition.

There is no and off switch on the device. Once plugged in, the device will remain on unless the vehicle shuts off power when in parking mode.

1. After Aivo Connect powers on, hold the Invoke Alexa button (on the right side at the back) for 5 seconds to initiate Setup Mode. The LED Ring will pulse Orange as Alexa directs you to the Alexa App to add a new device. 2. The Qi Coil is generally found in the center of most smartphone models and behind the trigger button on the Auto Sense Wireless Charger. Please also take note of the following:

1. For all Apple & Samsung devices, please bring down the bottom foot- this will align your device with the "sweet spot" and allow for a seamless charge.
2. Apple devices have a charging radius of 3mm. If the unit falls out of the charging radius the device will not charge.
3. Apple & Samsung when in use will utilize standard charge to prevent the smartphone from overheating. Therefore, if you are using a GPS or listening to music while charging your device then you will obtain a minimal charging.

The Dashboard Pad is to be used when mounting to the dashboard (you don't need it if you are mounting to the windshield). It creates a smooth matte finish that is ideal for the mount to adhere to. It also protects your dashboard from any possible damage. It should go on the dashboard first-sticky side down.
