What we advise that when trying to remove the sticky pad, is to pull up the little tab that is attached to the sticky pad, and gently slide a credit card or a putty knife underneath it at the same time. This breaks the seal, and makes it much easier to remove.

• Charging indicator: Your device's screen will show that it's charging. If your phone is not charging, check the charging indicator on the front of the device.
• White Light: When Powered ON a white light will appear briefly and then fade. White Light will remain on if the phone is charging properly.
• Blinking Red Light: A blinking Red Light will appear if phone is incompatible or Qi Coil is blocked.

There is a little lever/clip that you lock it into place when you are using the Phone Holder. To remove from CD player, push the lever the opposite direction to remove from CD player.

The first few times it may be hard to remove from the spot you placed it in. We suggest the following:

1. Pull up the lever.
2. Pull the tab on the suction up to allow air to get into it then stick a plastic putty knife, floss, a credit card (at your own risk) underneath to break the seal.
3. Once the seal is broken you will be able to remove it easier.

The Qi Wireless LED indicators, which are located at the bottom of the mount, will light up in the following colors to indicate its current connection status. 1. Release the locking lever.

3. If you feel some resistance, gently slide dental floss, a credit card (at your own risk) or a putty knife under the suction up to help break the seal.

If there's still resistance, try 'Goo Gone' to loosen the adhesive. Once the seal is broken, peel the rest of the suction cup from the surface.

The Qi Coil is generally found in the center of most smartphone models and behind the trigger button on the Auto Sense Wireless Charger. Please also take note of the following:

1. For all Apple & Samsung devices, please bring down the bottom foot- this will align your device with the "sweet spot" and allow for a seamless charge.
2. Apple devices have a charging radius of 3mm. If the unit falls out of the charging radius the device will not charge.

The Dashboard Pad is to be used when mounting to the dashboard (you don't need it if you are mounting to the windshield). It creates a smooth matte finish that is ideal for the mount to adhere to. It also protects your dashboard from any possible damage. It should go on the dashboard first-sticky side down.

The magnets will be strong enough to pass through the material of extremely thin cases, however for best results, we recommend use with a MagSafe Case, as the magnetic hold will be weaker in a non-MagSafe case.
